Key Responsibilities
- Own P&L: drive revenue, margins, and overall business growth.
- Lead strategy & execution for key business initiatives.
- Drive Business Development & partnerships — from sourcing to closure.
- Build and execute GTM strategies for products and new launches.
- Manage 0→1 product builds and scale existing offerings.
- Ensure smooth operations & strategic compliance.
- Act as a cross-functional anchor, solving critical business problems.
Who You Are
- Aggressive, execution-focused, and highly ownership-driven.
- Strong in P&L, BD, strategy, or GTM roles.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast decisions, and high accountability.
- Proven ability to build and scale businesses/products.
