Fundtec is looking for a driven Client Acquisition Executive to own the top of our sales funnel and drive pipeline growth.
If you have hands-on experience in outbound campaigns, lead nurturing, and CRM management—this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
· Must Have a strong experience in Lead Generation
· Run outbound campaigns via Email & LinkedIn
· Build and manage targeted prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
· Own and maintain the CRM pipeline (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho)
· Manage follow-ups, drip campaigns, and long sales cycle nurturing
· Identify and research prospects (fund managers, asset managers, family offices, etc.)
· Track funnel metrics and share weekly insights
Requirements:
· 1.5+ years of experience in Lead Generation & B2B Sales
· Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools & outbound campaigns
· Based in Kolkata or Raipur (Work from Office)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
