Job Title: HR Help Desk Executive
Role Overview:
The HR Help Desk Executive is the first point of contact for employees for HR queries, grievances, attendance management, and discipline-related matters while ensuring active HR presence on the floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee HR queries (policy, leave, payroll, benefits).
- Manage HR Connect tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Record and coordinate resolution of employee grievances.
- Monitor and manage daily attendance; ensure corrections before payroll.
- Regularly walk the floor to address employee concerns and ensure policy adherence.
- Handle cases related to misconduct and indiscipline as per company policy.
- Provide HR front desk support to employees.
- Sit at the HR front desk and assist walk-in employees.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, forms, and procedures.
- Support new joiners with documentation and onboarding queries.
- Maintain visitor/employee interaction records (if applicable).
- Monitor daily attendance and regularize discrepancies.
- Coordinate with employees and managers for attendance corrections.
- Manage leave records and ensure system accuracy.
- Prepare attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with company attendance policies.
Requirements:
- Graduate (HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of HR operations/help desk experience.
- Good communication skills and knowledge of HRMS/attendance systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and confidentially.
