About the Role:

We are looking for a Legal Analyst to support our growing global business across regulatory, compliance, and commercial legal matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to help ensure Driffle remains compliant, while also safeguarding the company’s legal and commercial interests across multiple global markets, with a strong focus on Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to legal notices, queries, and communications from global regulatory bodies and agencies.
  • Handle DMCA takedowns, IP, privacy, and publisher complaints
  • Draft and review responses to legal notices and third-party communications
  • Assist in reviewing and managing commercial contracts and agreements
  • Support the review of investment and corporate documents (SHA, SSA, etc.)
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on EU laws, including:
  • Gaming and marketplace regulations
  • GDPR and data protection
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Payments, Tech, etc.) to gather accurate information for legal matters

Requirements:

  • Law graduate or final-year law student (LLB / BA LLB)
  • Strong written English with clear and professional communication skills
  • Foundational understanding of contracts, intellectual property, and privacy laws
  • Exposure to EU laws and GDPR
  • Interest in gaming, technology, or startups
  • Prior internship experience at a law firm or as part of an in-house legal team
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a dynamic environment
