We offer a wide range of products including games, gift cards, DLC subscriptions, and game points for platforms like Nintendo, Xbox, PSP, and PlayStation.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Legal Analyst to support our growing global business across regulatory, compliance, and commercial legal matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to help ensure Driffle remains compliant, while also safeguarding the company’s legal and commercial interests across multiple global markets, with a strong focus on Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to legal notices, queries, and communications from global regulatory bodies and agencies.
- Handle DMCA takedowns, IP, privacy, and publisher complaints
- Draft and review responses to legal notices and third-party communications
- Assist in reviewing and managing commercial contracts and agreements
- Support the review of investment and corporate documents (SHA, SSA, etc.)
- Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on EU laws, including:
- Gaming and marketplace regulations
- GDPR and data protection
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Payments, Tech, etc.) to gather accurate information for legal matters
Requirements:
- Law graduate or final-year law student (LLB / BA LLB)
- Strong written English with clear and professional communication skills
- Foundational understanding of contracts, intellectual property, and privacy laws
- Exposure to EU laws and GDPR
- Interest in gaming, technology, or startups
- Prior internship experience at a law firm or as part of an in-house legal team
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently in a dynamic environment
