About the Company
The Weaver is a bespoke rugs and carpets company working closely with architects, interior designers, and hospitality projects across India and international markets.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and dependable individual who will work closely with Management to ensure smooth coordination across all departments.
This role goes beyond traditional administration. It involves managing expectations across teams, ensuring accountability, and being part of the day-to-day execution that drives the business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Sales, Production, Accounts, and Logistics to ensure clear communication and follow-ups
- Track daily tasks, action points, and ensure timelines are met across teams
- Manage calendars across personal, professional, and family commitments of Management
- Assist in structuring workflows and improving internal processes
- Support hiring by screening initial profiles and coordinating interviews (limited involvement)
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned with clear deadlines and ensure closure
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working closely with senior management
- Basic understanding of business coordination across teams
- Prior experience as an Admin / EA / Coordinator is preferred
