Service Desk
Location: Pune/Bangalore/Mysore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shifts: 24×7 rotational (Including Night Shifts)
Experience:0-4 years of Experience (Minimum 1-3 years in L1/L2 Support)
Required Skills:
- Support Microsoft tools: Outlook, Windows, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, Application Support, ServiceNow Ticketing Tool.
- Collaborate on network issues including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI models.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
- Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs, must have degree certificate).
- Ability to handle 24×7 rotational shifts
