Role Overview
We are hiring a mid-level Functional Consultant to support the onboarding operations of our customers on our AI-powered AppCentral platform .
This position will be part of the Professional Services team in Bangalore, providing scalable, high-quality support and enhancement delivery to our North American customer base. You will be responsible for onboarding services including understanding the customer’s business needs, evaluating and demonstrating how AppCentral can help solve those needs and help transition to the respective implementation team when customer expresses interest to move forward to any particular app.
This role requires familiarity with enterprise business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a virtual global team.
