Job Location
Job will be based at Bangalore, Whitefield office (WFO) for 5 days a week.
What Role You Will Play In Team
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Lead to oversee the management and negotiation of contracts within our consulting and labor categories.
Responsibilities
- Drive value, efficiency and expanded market advantage via end‑to‑end category management phases, while ensuring operational integrity.
- Plan, organize and control business contracts and negotiations for the acquisition of Professional and Technical Labor and Consultancy service contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / Bachelor of Computer Science or related stream with minimum 6 CGPA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procuring consulting and labor services.
- Experience with drafting and negotiating procurement contracts.
- Develop agreements for the acquisition of third‑party goods and services required by business clients on a timely basis with competitive terms.
Preferred Skills
- B.TECH/BE in any stream or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the consulting and labor industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
- Experience working with international suppliers or vendors.
