This is not a transactional sales role.

You will own customer growth, build long-term relationships with foundries, and drive adoption of high-impact, value-added products like CarbonMax, GraphiMax, MagMax, BariMax, and specialized additives.

This category is a top strategic priority for leadership, giving you direct visibility, ownership, and career acceleration.

Your Role at a Glance

Role: Business Development / Technical Sales

Experience: 3–7 years

Location: Pune, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Pune

Reporting to: Senior Manager – Sales

Qualification: B.Tech Graduate (MBA is a plus)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive consultative, solution-led sales of value-added industrial products
  • Build and grow key foundry accounts across regions
  • Identify new customers and unlock repeat, high-value business
  • Work closely with technical teams to conduct trials and prove product performance
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations to ensure seamless order execution
  • Track market trends, competition, and customer insights to shape category growth
  • Own pricing conversations by demonstrating technical and commercial value

What Your Day Actually Looks Like

  • Meeting foundry owners, plant heads, and production teams
  • Converting trials into long-term supply relationships
  • Expanding product baskets within existing accounts
  • Coordinating internally to improve margins and customer experience
  • Travelling across regions and owning your territory like a business

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in technical / industrial / B2B sales
  • Comfort with plant-level selling and consultative discussions
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and operate in a high-ownership environment
  • Exposure to foundry, metals, chemicals, consumables, or industrial products is a big plus
