Job Description:
Role – Associate/ Senior Associate – Strategic Partnerships (Account Management)
Location – Mumbai – Onsite
Job Timings – 2pm – 11pm IST
Function – Advertiser Success
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage relationships with e-commerce advertisers, serving as a day-to-day point of contact and building trust over time.
- Monitor traffic quality, compliance, and campaign performance; coordinate with product, tech, and compliance teams to flag and resolve issues.
- Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, surface actionable insights, and support A/B testing and optimization efforts (CPA/ROAS/CTR).
- Assist in identifying expansion opportunities such as upsells, cross-sells, and new product adoption in collaboration with senior team members.
- Collaborate with internal buying and sales teams to align on strategy, promotions, and priorities.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, ad operations, or e-commerce partnerships.
- Hands-on familiarity with affiliate networks and commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon Associates, Rakuten, Impact, CJ).
- Working knowledge of traffic quality, tracking/attribution, and compliance fundamentals.
- Comfortable working with performance data and KPIs; experience with Excel, reporting tools, or dashboards a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and cross-functionally.
Nice-to-Have:
- Exposure to large retail or travel advertiser campaigns.
- Familiarity with programmatic/ad-tech integrations or APIs.
- Experience with project management or ad ops tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, or similar).
