Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Informatica MDM applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing to validate data consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and data architects to understand requirements and design test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Validate data workflows, data quality rules, and data synchronization processes within the MDM environment.
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training or documentation as needed.
• Continuously improve testing processes and suggest automation opportunities.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with Informatica for data integration and testing
• Knowledge of MDM (Master Data Management) concepts and workflows
• Ability to develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts
• Experience in functional, integration, regression, and system testing
• Familiarity with defect management and issue-tracking tools
• Strong understanding of data quality, consistency, and governance principles
• Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret requirements
• Experience supporting UAT and providing documentation or training
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail for identifying data discrepancies
• Awareness of testing automation opportunities to improve efficiency

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
