The Role
We’re looking for a senior advisor who has actually moved the needle on cross-border expansion not just written the strategy. You’ll lead complex market entry engagements, own CXO-level client relationships, and help build Athena MEA’s presence as the go-to expansion advisor in the India-MEA corridor.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end market entry mandates across India, UAE, and KSA. Own C-suite client relationships. Partner with our Executive Search practice on leadership hiring. Drive business development in 2–3 targeted verticals. Mentor a team across geographies. Contribute to thought leadership and represent Athena MEA at key industry forums.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, market entry advisory, or senior business development
- Direct experience in India and/or the Middle East regulatory, commercial, operational
- Proven track record leading cross-border expansion mandates at the CXO level
- Strong presence, clear communicator, entrepreneurial mindset
- MBA from a top-tier institution preferred. Arabic or Hindi a plus.
