Graphic Designer

About the role

You’ll own the visual identity for weddings from first concept to final delivery. Reporting to Creative Director, you’ll collaborate closely with planners, couples, and vendors to deliver cohesive, high-end designs that set the tone for magical celebrations.

Key responsibilities

• Create accurate 2D/3D venue floor plans, table layouts, ceremony setups, and event schematics using AutoCAD to ensure flawless execution of the Event

• Collaborate with clients and planners to understand style preferences, budgets, and timelines—then translate them into polished, print- and production-ready files.

• Manage revisions efficiently while maintaining brand consistency, high aesthetic standards, and print/production specifications 

We’re looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in the wedding industry (stationery, invitations, event branding, or wedding planning visuals)

• Is highly proficient in AutoCAD for creating detailed floor plans, layouts, and event schematics (essential for venue coordination and execution)

• Masters industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) for invitation and graphic design

• Has a strong portfolio showcasing wedding-specific work (stationery suites, signage, layouts—bonus if it includes AutoCAD drawings or event visuals)
