About the Role
Staffanchor is hiring a Senior Inside Sales Manager for a leading client in the Consumer Internet Matchmaking domain. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader with strong experience in B2C inside sales, team management, and revenue ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 35–40 Sales Executives and Team Leads
- Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs
- Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to maximize conversions
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions
- Analyze sales metrics, call quality, and funnel performance to identify improvement areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and sales outcomes
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and sales processes
Requirements
- 4–9 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales / Call Center Sales
- Proven experience managing large teams (30+ members)
- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in consumer internet / matchmaking / subscription-based sales is a plus
Work Schedule
- Working Days: Saturday & Sunday are working
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off during weekdays
