About the Role

Staffanchor is hiring a Senior Inside Sales Manager for a leading client in the Consumer Internet Matchmaking domain. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader with strong experience in B2C inside sales, team management, and revenue ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 35–40 Sales Executives and Team Leads
  • Drive revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs
  • Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to maximize conversions
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions
  • Analyze sales metrics, call quality, and funnel performance to identify improvement areas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and sales outcomes
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and sales processes

Requirements

  • 4–9 years of experience in B2C Inside Sales / Call Center Sales
  • Proven experience managing large teams (30+ members)
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in consumer internet / matchmaking / subscription-based sales is a plus

Work Schedule

  • Working Days: Saturday & Sunday are working
  • Weekly Off: 1 rotational off during weekdays
