What You’ll Do
- Build deep understanding of all store products and categories.
- Drive sales, customer experience, and brand excellence at the store level.
- Curate and source the best merchandise aligned with our philosophy of clean, organic, and high-quality food.
- Develop and build a strong supplier ecosystem — including local producers, farmers, and clean/organic food suppliers.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, sampling, and community-driven activations.
- Ensure smooth store operations across POS, billing, and reporting (Odoo ERP knowledge is a plus).
- Lead and manage the store team — retail associates will report directly to you.
- Continuously bring creativity into store experience, merchandising, and customer engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of experience in F&B retail, gourmet, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong leadership, English communication, and people management skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to build unique customer experiences.
- Passion for premium food, sustainability, and conscious consumption.
- Experience in sourcing, vendor development, or supplier management is a strong plus.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and customer-first mindset.
