Job Summary:
The Wind Quality Lead / Executive will be responsible for managing quality assurance activities for wind turbine projects, particularly during installation and commissioning phases. The role involves developing and implementing Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), conducting site inspections and technical audits, and ensuring compliance with defined quality standards. The candidate will identify quality gaps, drive corrective actions, and collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution
Experience Required
- 4-6 years in Project Quality Assurance at wind turbine project sites
- strong knowledge of Indian safety regulations,
- HIRA, JSA and First Aid / Fire Safety..
Qualification
- Bachelor’s /Diploma in Engineering (Electrical /Electronics preferred)
- Stream: Degree / Diploma in any subject + Diploma in Industrial Safety (MUST).
Certifications (Preferred): NEBOSH / IOSH / QHSE Lead Auditor.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure HSE compliance and implement relevant policies.
