Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Execute structured follow-ups for overdue, EMI, and milestone payments.
• Negotiate payment plans within defined company policies.
• Coordinate with NBFC/loan partners for loan approvals and disbursement
tracking.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and collection trackers.
• Ensure compliance with invoicing, GST, and documentation standards.
• Identify risk accounts and escalate as per defined recovery timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Finance teams for seamless payment
processing.
• Share periodic reports on recovery status and outstanding balances.
