Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Executive based in Bangalore .The Maintenance Executive will be responsible for the upkeep and functionality of facilities, overseeing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient operations. Core responsibilities include executing preventive and corrective maintenance, addressing technical issues promptly, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The role also requires adherence to safety standards and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Skills and Requirements:
- The candidate must have a strong technical background with a deep understanding of maintenance processes and practices,
- Ability to quickly identify and fix repair and maintenance issues.
- Multi-skilled in areas such as Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and basic HVAC.
- Minimum 7 +years of experience in total 2-3 years of experience in a hotel environment.
- Willing to travel to different outlets as per our convenience in various locations across Bangalore.
