About the Role
We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecom Operations Executive. This individual will play a key role in ensuring seamless order and warehouse management as we scale our brand to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Order Management:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end order fulfilment across platforms
- Manage inventory levels across marketplaces and ensure product listings are updated and aligned with stock availability
- Resolve order-related customer service issues efficiently
- Warehouse Management:
- Ensure smooth warehouse operations, including inventory storage, stock replenishment, and regular audits
- Implement processes to reduce errors, improve turnaround times, and maintain high standards of product delivery
- Strategic Projects:
- Support import processes, compliance with all customs and regulatory requirements
- Analyse and develop logistics cost optimization strategies to improve profitability
- Plan and execute operational strategies to grow the brand on quick commerce platforms
Qualifications
- 0-3 year of experience in D2C product operations, e-commerce operations, or logistics
- Understanding of order process and inventory management systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analytics and reporting
- A team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
