Role Overview

Agilitas is looking for a Business Finance Director to partner closely with leadership and business teams to drive financial planning, commercial decision-making, and performance management across the organization. This role requires strong ownership of margins, collections, reconciliation, and customer-level profitability, while building strong relationships both internally and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support commercial decision-making including pricing, investments, and new initiatives
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to drive revenue, margins, and channel profitability
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across functions
  • Build and manage external stakeholder relationships (key accounts, distributors, partners)
  • Track business performance and drive variance analysis against budgets and targets
  • Build strong financial models to evaluate growth opportunities and business scenarios
  • Drive financial discipline and improve reporting processes across teams
  • Work closely with accounting, controllership, and compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting
  • Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements in commercial transactions
  • Present business performance updates and insights to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

  • CA / MBA Finance with 7–10 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or commercial finance
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
  • Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decisions
  • Experience in consumer, retail, or high-growth organizations preferred
  • High ownership mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
