Job Description:

The Account Management – Client Services role acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and delivering campaigns on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communications.
  • Understand client briefs, business objectives, and marketing goals, and translate them into clear internal briefs.
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, approvals, and feedback to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Present ideas, concepts, and campaign updates to clients confidently and professionally.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes.
  • Manage revisions and ensure client feedback is accurately incorporated.
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Support in upselling/cross-selling agency services where relevant.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, billing coordination, and timely invoicing in collaboration with finance teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or agency environment (preferred).
  • Experience working with creative teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
