Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Designer, located in Mumbai. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative designs that align with the company’s product portfolio. Responsibilities include visual design, conducting user research, and implementing design thinking methodologies to create user-centric products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs and optimize user experience is a key aspect of the role.
Experience: 2-3 years
Qualifications
- Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design
- Proficiency in Design Thinking methodology and creative problem-solving
- Experience in User Research and UX Research to understand customer needs and behaviors
- Strong ability to conceptualize and execute designs that engage target audiences
- Proficiency in design software and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Mumbai
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Experience in the toys, games, or entertainment industry is a plus
- Experience in plastic is a must
