Job Description:

CarTrade Tech is looking for a dynamic professional to join our BFSI & Marketplace team and drive strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, and Fintechs. If you understand the auto finance and unsecured lending ecosystem and love building high-impact business relationships, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

Drive monthly revenue growth through auto loan and unsecured loans disbursement and BFSI-led media solutions.

Build and strengthen partnerships with senior leaders across banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies. Improve the end-to-end loan journey (lead → approval → disbursement) on CarWale, BikeWale and other Cartrade Tech.

Brands Translate lender objectives into custom media, data, and API-based solutions.

Track funnel metrics and optimize lender performance for better ROI.

Lead cross-functional projects and ensure smooth execution of integrations.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Key Account Management in BFSI, fintech, or digital/media platforms.

2. Strong understanding of auto finance (cars & 2-wheelers), Unsecured lending products(PL etc), lending funnels, and underwriting processes.

3. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and analytical skills.

4. Ability to craft and pitch innovative BFSI-led solutions.

5. MBA preferred.
