Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Inspection Engineer with hands-on experience in wind turbine blade inspection. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and structural integrity of wind blades through advanced inspection techniques, defect identification, and adherence to engineering and industry standards at the site in Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspection of wind turbine blades
• Perform visual inspection and NDT techniques (Ultrasonic Testing – UT, Tap Test, etc.)
• Identify defects such as delamination, cracks, porosity, bonding issues, and surface irregularities
• Interpret and verify engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications
• Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation
• Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality improvement and defect prevention
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and client requirements

Skills & Competencies

• Strong experience in wind turbine blade inspection (composite structures)
• Knowledge of NDT methods – UT, Visual Inspection, Tap Test
• Understanding of GD&T and technical drawings
• Familiarity with quality tools (7 QC tools, CAPA, FMEA basics)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently at site location

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to blade repair, finishing, and quality inspection processes
• Knowledge of ISO standards and audit handling
