Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads and SEO Specialist who can own organic and paid growth across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with EdTech or up-skilling startups and understands lead-driven growth models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance campaigns).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise ads to improve conversions and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies including on-page and off-page optimisation.
- Track and analyse website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools.
- Work on lead generation campaigns through performance marketing.
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads campaign setup, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques.
- Understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Candidates with prior experience in the EdTech industry will be preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in performance marketing and lead generation
campaigns.
