The Opportunity:
SHC is a SaaS startup servicing clients in the US. The solution is a software platform for Health Clubs and Gyms. It helps members interact with the Club or Gym. And it helps clubs and gyms sell more and save on labour costs.
We are searching for a passionate and experienced Customer Success Partner to be part of our Customer Success Team. Our service is the best in the industry and is our biggest differentiator.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and exceeding the current service levels to drive even higher customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train customers on the Product.
- Bring continous improvements to processes which drive high adoption, engagement, and value realization.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer growth.
- Know the product in depth and be responsible for Troubleshooting and Service Requests.
- Maintain documentation with the help of the team.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and act as their advocate within the company.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success in a SaaS company.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Bonus points:
- Experience with customer success software and tools.
Salary Range – 8 lacs to 12 lacs
