Position Title: Property Sourcing Executive

Location: Mumbai – South Mumbai, North Mumbai, Navi Mumbai

About the Role:

The role involves identifying, verifying, and managing commercial property information across Mumbai, ensuring the accuracy of data and supporting the sales team with property-related operations. The position requires a mix of fieldwork, data management, and team collaboration, making it integral to smooth sales & operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Sourcing & Verification: Identify and verify commercial properties in Mumbai.

• Field Data Collection: Gather accurate property details through on-site and online sources.

• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date property details in the CRM.

• Team Collaboration: Regularly update the team with relevant information.

• Independent Work: Be able to work independently and efficiently in the field.

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with property inspections and other operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Communication: Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Qualification: Undergraduate or graduate candidates are eligible.
• Travel Requirements: Must be comfortable visiting multiple locations across Mumbai as per job requirements.
• Vehicle Requirement: Must have a 2-wheeler / Driver’s license (Mandatory).
• Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in any field is preferred.
