Role Overview
Understand what customers (parents) are thinking, feeling, and consuming, and translate those conversations into actionable insights. This role focuses on customer psychology and market insights to support Marketing, Social Media, Product, and Design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Conversations:
Speak with parents to understand their preferences, pain points, and buying behaviour in kids wear
Social Listening:
Track parenting trends, content consumption, and kids fashion conversations
Feedback Analysis:
Analyse insights from Instagram (comments/DMs), reviews, support chats, surveys, and calls
Insight Reports:
Create weekly and content reports highlighting trends (e.g., demand for breathable fabrics, parenting content preferences)
Team Support:
Marketing: messaging, customer pain points
Product/Design: sizing, fabric, and design feedback
Day-to-Day Work
Talk to customers regularly
Review chats, comments, and reviews
Identify patterns and trends
Share insights with internal teams
