We’re looking for a charismatic, digital-savvy communicator who can solve problems quickly and loves the world of Reels, fashion, and online shopping. If you’re a fast-paced learner who wants to be at the heart of social commerce, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their goals and objectives.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and queries.
- Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Stay updated on product updates and company policies.
- Watch Reels and YouTube videos every day & level up on your fashion sense and understand how to create social media strategy for creators.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve overall support team experience.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Fast and Prompt response on live chat, with a minimum typing speed of 40-50 words per minute.
- Problem solving skills Capacity to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
- Product knowledge and understanding of the company’ products and services.
- Team collaboration willingness to work collaboratively with other team members for issue resolution.
- Enthusiasm for all things digital and a love for the creator community.
