Role Overview
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist / Manager to drive qualified pipeline through a mix of performance marketing, ABM, and organic growth initiatives. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in paid media, deep understanding of full-funnel measurement, and the ability to align closely with Sales on target account engagement.
You will own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across global markets, with a clear focus on pipeline impact and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
1) Paid Media & Demand Generation
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads (must-have), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and remarketing platforms (Meta, GDN).
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting defined Target Account Lists (TALs).
- Build and manage audience segmentation aligned to enterprise personas and buying committees.
- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: setup, targeting, ad creatives, landing pages, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in CTR, CPL, CVR, and pipeline contribution.
- Partner with SDR and Sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with outreach and account engagement strategies.
2) Analytics & Reporting
- Own campaign tracking, attribution, and performance measurement using Google Analytics, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and automation tools.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports covering leads, MQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI.
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend budget reallocation based on performance insights.
- Build dashboards for leadership visibility on demand generation metrics.
3) SEO & Organic Growth (Good to Have)
- Support execution of international SEO strategy across priority markets.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis.
- Collaborate with content and web teams on on-page, technical SEO, and link-building initiatives.
- Track and improve organic performance using tools like GA, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing / demand generation.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager (mandatory)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Remarketing platforms (Meta, GDN)
- Proven experience in executing ABM strategies and TAL-based campaigns.
- Strong understanding of CPL, CAC, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and multi-touch attribution.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline impact (leads → MQLs → revenue).
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, dashboards, and campaign insights.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, Content, and Product Marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience targeting mid-market and enterprise buyers across global markets.
- Exposure to international SEO programs.
- Familiarity with intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase) is a plus.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities across multiple campaigns.
