Role Overview
As the Resort General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing team, creating systems and staff SoPs.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day resort operations including rooms, F&B, events, and guest services
• Ensure top-tier guest experience and handle escalations effectively
• Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams
• Drive revenue through weddings, events, and leisure bookings
• Maintain operational efficiency, budgeting, and cost control
• Collaborate on marketing strategies to boost occupancy and brand presence
• Staffing and recruitment
• Creating a accounting and reporting system
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in hotel/resort management
• Preferably with FnB experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in handling weddings, events, or banquet operations is a big plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
