Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate Freshers can apply
  • HSC (12th Pass) with minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / Customer Service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • Must be comfortable working in night shifts

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through chat and voice support
  • Assist customers with banking-related inquiries and services
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards

Salary

CTC: ₹2,43,000 p.a. to ₹3,50,000 p.a.
