Visual Communications / Presentation Designer

The Source to Table (STT) organization has an opening for a Visual Communications Designer. This position is in Bengaluru, India.

About the job:The Visual Communications Designer brings ideas, strategy, and product innovation to life through compelling visual storytelling. This role partners closely with the STT Product and UX teams to design presentations, visual narratives, and strategic communications that help leaders and cross-functional teams understand complex concepts, product strategies, and technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in graphic design and experience applying practical and conceptual design principles across brand expression, interaction and digital product experiences, motion, and storytelling. Were looking for designers who bring a distinct visual voice, curiosity, and a commitment to craft excellence.What Youll Do:

  • Design high-impact presentations, storyboards, and visual communications for the STT Product organization
  • Translate complex ideas, product strategies, and data insights into clear visual narratives
  • Partner with Product, UX, and leadership teams to communicate strategic initiatives and product direction
  • Develop visual frameworks, diagrams, and storytelling assets that clarify product ecosystems, workflows, and customer journeys
  • Create polished executive-level presentations and communications for internal leadership and stakeholder audiences
  • Contribute to the evolution of STTs visual storytelling standards, templates, and communication systems
  • Work from early concepting through final production to ensure clarity, consistency, and design excellence

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in visual communication, graphic design, presentation design, or related fields
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related discipline
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, color, and information design
  • Experience designing across mediums such as presentation design, information graphics, digital experiences, and motion
  • Ability to transform complex ideas, data, and systems into clear visual stories
  • Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and PowerPoint presentation software
  • Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting design rationale
