Location: Trivandrum (TVM)-Hybrid Mode.

About the Role
Claidroid Technologies is a digital transformation and technology services partner working with global enterprises across regulated industries. We specialize in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions with a strong focus on quality assurance, governance, and business alignment.
We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in Python and Generative AI to work on enterprise-scale AI platforms to join our growing team. You will play a critical role which involves designing and building LLM-driven applications, RAG pipelines, and GenAI workflows, while ensuring scalable and production-ready deployments across global environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM-based applications and GenAI workflows
- Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Develop AI agents using LangChain / LangGraph
- Deploy scalable solutions using Docker & AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway)
- Troubleshoot and optimize LLM performance and AI pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
Technical Skills Required
- Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, async programming)
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines
- Experience with LangChain / AI agent frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Docker & AWS services
- Experience in Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
Good to Have
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, pgvector)
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering & multi-agent systems
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines / Infrastructure as Code
