Key Responsibilities
• Supervise production shifts & manpower.
• Ensure smooth molding & extrusion operations.
• Monitor production output, quality & rejection levels.
• Ensure RM/PM/material availability as per plan.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Maintenance, Store, PPC.
• Maintain safety, discipline & housekeeping.
• Handle basic machine maintenance and escalate breakdowns.
Qualifications & Skills
• CIPET qualified with 4–5 years experience in molding, extrusion, assembly & packing.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & ERP.
• Leadership and manpower handling skills.
• Comfortable working with women employees.
• No strong political or religious bias.
Basic Requirements
• Valid passport (ECNR preferred).
• Police Clearance Certificate.
• Educational document verification.
• Basic medical fitness certificate.
• Willingness to learn Turkish.
• Smartphone proficiency including translation apps.
• Non-smoker & non-drinker preferred.
• Non-vegetarian preferred.
• Adaptability to multicultural environment.
