Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant – Partnership & Research, based in Kochi. The role involves assisting with partnership development, conducting market and business research, analyzing data, and supporting strategic initiatives. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing professional reports, maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, and providing administrative support for partnership activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and data interpretation
- Strong skills in developing and maintaining professional partnerships and strategic collaborations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to draft reports, presentations, and other professional documents
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for research and partner communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in stakeholder engagement or partnership management will be an advantage
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
