Job Title: IT Service Delivery Management Trainee
Experience: 3–4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily IT service desk operations and handle service tickets.
- Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within SLA timelines.
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and escalations.
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
- Communicate with users and stakeholders on ticket updates and service status.
- Follow ITIL processes and service delivery best practices.
Required Skills:
- 3–4 years of experience in IT Service Desk / IT Support.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (O365).
- Good understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with servers and storage environments.
- Core knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and networking fundamentals.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
