Role Overview
We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, Blinkit, Myntra, Ferns & Petals, and others. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, cataloguing, and listing optimization, along with a strong understanding of how to drive growth on these platforms.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product listings across marketplaces
- Handle cataloguing, product uploads, and backend operations
- Optimize listings (titles, keywords, descriptions, images) to improve visibility and conversions
- Monitor listing performance and implement improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams for product updates, inventory, and creatives
- Ensure marketplace hygiene and compliance with platform guidelines
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Blinkit, Myntra, or similar
- Strong understanding of cataloguing and listing optimization
- Detail-oriented with strong execution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience working with D2C brands
- Exposure to marketplace growth strategies and performance tracking
- Familiarity with tools and dashboards related to marketplace analytics
