Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Bengaluru. The Guest Relations Executive will manage day-to-day guest interactions, coordinate front desk activities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Primary responsibilities include welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, resolving guest concerns, coordinating site visits, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role also contributes to the sales process by providing accurate information about property offerings and ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Experience Required:
2–5 years of relevant experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, Front Office, or similar roles (preferably in Real Estate or Hospitality).
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors professionally
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records
- Coordinate site visits with the sales team
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns promptly
- Provide basic information about projects and offerings to clients
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and hospitality
- Support CRM/sales team with documentation and follow-ups
- Ensure reception and customer areas are well-organized
