We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Manager – Tech/Product Recruiting to lead hiring for our Technology and Product functions. This role will be responsible for building strong talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and scaling high-impact teams in a fast-paced, consumer-tech environment.

You will play a critical role in shaping Licious’ hiring strategy and ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent across Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Data.

1. Talent Strategy & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Drive workforce planning and prioritisation across roles and teams
2. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Own full-cycle recruiting for mid to senior-level roles across Tech and Product
- Drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure with a strong focus on candidate experience
- Ensure high-quality hiring with strong evaluation frameworks and structured interviews
3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Leverage multiple channels including LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and events
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent
4. Hiring Process Excellence
- Improve hiring efficiency (TAT, funnel conversion, quality of hire) through data-driven insights
- Design and implement scalable hiring processes, tools, and dashboards
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and a high bar in hiring decisions
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Strengthen Licious’ employer brand in the Tech/Product talent market
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership for talent branding initiatives
6. People Management
- Mentor and manage a team of recruiters/sourcers
- Drive performance, capability building, and best practices within the team
We hope that you have …
- 6–10 years of experience in Tech/Product hiring, preferably in consumer internet, SaaS, or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of hiring for roles such as SDEs, Product Managers, Designers, and Data roles
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently
- Data-driven mindset with experience in using metrics to improve hiring outcomes
- Prior experience in managing or mentoring recruiters is a plus
