Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle GoldenGate and Azure data platforms. This role involves leading data engineering initiatives, enabling real-time data replication, and building scalable data pipelines using modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & Architecture

• Lead and deliver data engineering programs with strong ownership mindset
• Design and implement real-time data replication and Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration workflows

Oracle GoldenGate & CDC

• Implement and manage Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data synchronization
• Ensure efficient data replication, consistency, and reliability across systems
• Optimize performance of CDC pipelines and troubleshoot replication issues

Azure Data Platform

• Work with Azure Data Services including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, storage, and security components
• Design and implement cloud-native data architectures
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure secure and optimized data deployments

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical leadership and guide teams on best practices in data engineering
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, platform, and DevOps teams
• Ensure high-quality delivery with strong communication and stakeholder alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong expertise in Oracle GoldenGate and Change Data Capture (CDC)
• Experience leading data engineering initiatives and programs
• Strong knowledge of Azure Data Engineering ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, storage, and security
• Good understanding of DevOps practices in data environments
• Strong leadership, ownership, and communication skills
