We’re hiring a Video Editor / Motion Designer

We’re making fast-paced, motion-heavy talking head explainer videos for YouTube ( kinetic typography, punchy cuts, animated callouts).

We provide the first draft. You come in, QA it, and take it to publish-ready. Clean the edit, tighten the motion design, fix what needs fixing. Nothing ships rough.

Volume (roughly):

• 4–5 long form videos/month
• 10–15 short form/month

We’re in an experimental phase. Volume isn’t locked. We’re starting and going in the direction the content goes.

What we need:

• Strong motion design experience
• Experience editing talking head / explainer content specifically
• Sharp eye for pacing and aesthetic
• Can work from a rough draft without hand-holding
• Short form experience (vertical, platform-aware editing, ref : )
• Reliable with deadlines and communicates proactively
