Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Senior Analyst to join our FP&A team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting Corporate Functions in their planning, forecasting, and financial analysis needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
The FP&A Senior Analyst will coordinate with global teams, and drive automation in monthly forecasting and annual planning tasks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Close:
- Prepare and upload monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and cost data into HFM and excel
- Support month end close activities including forecasting, actuals, accruals etc.
- Maintain rolling 12 month P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts.
Planning, Forecasting & Business Partnering:
- Partner with finance and business teams to improve business unit performance.
- Support annual and 5 year business planning, including operating and capital plans.
- Coordinate business unit forecast development and reporting.
- Analyze assumptions, assess risks, and explain variances vs. plan and prior periods.
Analytics & Management Reporting:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and standard management reports.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics in partnership with the FP&A leaders.
- Provide analytical support for quarterly Board presentations and management reviews.
- Benchmark financial and operational performance against industry standards.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CA/ACCA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial reporting, accounting, or analytics focused finance roles within a multinational organization. Qualified accountant (CA/ ACCA) is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel.
- Working knowledge of Hyperion / SmartView.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise financial systems.
