Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented RPO Recruiter to manage end-to-end coordination between clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in an RPO or implant model, with a primary focus on client coordination, interview scheduling, and seamless pre- and post-onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Understand client hiring requirements, job specifications, and timelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide hiring updates and reports.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and service delivery.

2. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage interview calendars, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders throughout the interview process.
  • Provide candidates with interview details, preparation guidance, and timely updates.

3. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure pipeline readiness.
  • Track candidate progress through ATS and maintain accurate records.

4. Pre-Onboarding Activities

  • Handle offer rollouts, documentation, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely completion of all pre-joining formalities.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to reduce dropouts.

5. Post-Onboarding Support

  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and joining processes.
  • Coordinate with HR and client teams for induction and documentation.
  • Address initial employee queries and ensure a positive onboarding experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment with exposure to RPO or implant hiring models.
  • Strong experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in interview coordination and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with ATS systems.
  • Exposure to fast-paced hiring environments.
  • Ability to work in a client-facing, deadline-driven environment.
