Role:

We are looking for a client-facing Post-Sales professional who can manage onboarding, drive product adoption, and grow existing accounts.

This is a field-intensive role involving 5–6 client meetings daily, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy on-ground interaction and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete post-sales lifecycle: onboarding → adoption → retention → upsell
  • Conduct in-person client meetings (5–6 daily) for demos, training, and relationship building
  • Onboard and train customers on SaaS products (CRM, WhatsApp automation, telecalling tools)
  • Drive product usage and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Act as the primary POC for clients and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate updates in CRM tools

Requirements:

  • 1.5 to 6 years of experience in SaaS Sales / Post-Sales
  • Experience in field sales or high-volume client meetings
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Experience with CRM / SaaS tools (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Comfortable with daily travel and field work

Good to Have:

  • Experience in CRM, WhatsApp automation, or telecalling platforms
  • Prior startup experience
