Organization Overview

Corporate Access is a 14-year-old executive search firm with an established presence in talent advisory and leadership hiring. The firm is now looking to appoint a CEO to lead and scale its Pan-India operations under a revenue-share leadership model.

Role Objective

To drive end-to-end business growth, profitability, and market expansion across India, while strengthening client relationships, building high-performing teams, and positioning the firm as a leading executive search partner.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Own and drive P&L and revenue targets across India.
  • Expand client base and key accounts across industries.
  • Identify and build new revenue streams and verticals.

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the India growth strategy aligned with long-term vision.
  • Scale operations across multiple geographies and industry practices.
  • Strengthen the firm’s market positioning and brand visibility.

Client & Market Development

  • Build and maintain CXO-level relationships with clients.
  • Drive large mandates and retained search assignments.
  • Represent the firm in industry forums and leadership networks.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Hire, mentor, and lead high-performing consulting teams.
  • Establish a performance-driven, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Drive productivity, retention, and capability building.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure delivery quality and turnaround for executive search mandates.
  • Implement scalable processes and best-in-class recruitment practices.
  • Monitor key metrics including conversion ratios, billing, and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • 12-20+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of revenue generation and P&L ownership.
  • Strong network with CXOs and senior decision-makers across industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling teams/business units.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a revenue-share model.

Compensation Structure
