Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable applications using Laravel 9+ and PHP 8
Implement and manage Laravel Jobs, Queues, Events, and Listeners
Develop and maintainPython-based applications and background tasks
Debug, optimize, and refactor both legacy and new code for performance and maintainability
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that’s easy to understand and maintain
Requirement:
5+ years of experience working with Laravel (v9+) and PHP 8
Hands-on experience with Laravel Queues, Jobs, and Worker setup
Proficiency in Python scripting, including building job apps and schedulers
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL
Comfortable using Linux-based environments and command-line tools
Good to have:
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Familiarity with task scheduling tools (e.g., Celery for Python)
Exposure to monitoring tools and logging best practices
Understanding of application security and performance optimization
