Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with strong expertise in RISE with SAP and S/4HANA system administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing SAP landscapes, supporting cloud transformation, and ensuring high system availability and performance in RISE-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer SAP S/4HANA systems running on RISE with SAP platform.
Perform system installations, upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
Handle user and role administration, transport management, and system monitoring.
Coordinate with SAP Cloud Operations and HEC/RISE teams for issue resolution and provisioning.
Ensure system availability, security, performance tuning, and disaster recovery readiness.
Work on integration scenarios involving SAP BTP, CPI, and other cloud/on-premise systems.
Provide technical leadership for BASIS activities during SAP implementation or support phases.
Maintain documentation for system architecture, configurations, and processes.
Required Skills:
8–12 years of SAP BASIS experience with at least 2+ years in RISE with SAP environments.
Strong hands-on experience in:
SAP S/4HANA administration
SAP Fiori, Gateway, Web Dispatcher
HANA DB administration and tuning
System copies and migrations using SUM/DMO
Experience in working with SAP Cloud ALM, SAP ONE Support Launchpad, and EarlyWatch Alerts.
Good understanding of SAP landscape architecture, High Availability (HA), and Disaster Recovery (DR) setup.
Familiarity with SAP BTP, CPI, and integration to 3rd party cloud services.
Preferred Skills:
SAP Certifications in BASIS, S/4HANA, or RISE with SAP.
Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP hosting SAP workloads.
Understanding of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (CHaRM, Monitoring, Technical Operations).
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
