    Job Description

    · Lead, mentor, and manage the HR Shared Services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support across pre onboarding, employee life cycle, RTW, BGV and HR systems functions.

    · Oversee end-to-end HR Ops and TA Admin, data compliance and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

    · Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations, including the management of Data Subject Access Requests and other relevant legal frameworks.

    · Partner closely with business/HR leaders and HR Business Partners to assess resourcing requirements and provide strategic resourcing advisory.

    · Drive enhancements in HR systems and reporting capabilities to improve data integrity, analytics, and operational efficiency.

    · Champion continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to elevate HR service delivery standards.

    · Design, implement, and improve HR processes for efficiency and scalability

    · Partner with CoEs, HRBPs, CHROs and external vendors to resolve escalated issues and ensure service continuity

    · Monitor and evaluate team performance through established KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks, instituting corrective measures as needed.

    · Serve as the principal liaison between the Mumbai Shared Services centre and Global HR stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

    The Successful Applicant

    A successful Lead – HR Service Delivery should have:

    · Demonstrated leadership experience in HR, preferably within a shared services environment supporting Global or EMEA operations.

    · In-depth knowledge of respective country employment legislation, compliance mandates, and data privacy regulations.

    · Proven track record managing diverse HR functions including TA administration, Pre onboarding – BGV compliance, resourcing, and HRIS management.

    · Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.

    · Strong proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS), reporting tools, and HR analytics.

    · Aptitude for driving operational excellence and leading organizational change initiatives.

    · Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for service delivery.

    · Leading regular audits, system testing, and establish require controls

    · Manage and develop the Shared Services team, ensuring clarity of responsibilities, training, and growth

    · Excellent problem-solving skills and sound decision-making ability.

    · 18+ years of HR operations or shared services experience in a global company, including managing Global or EMEA operations from India.

    · 5+ years managing diverse teams, preferably in a centralized HR service delivery environment

    · Previous experience with Success Factors preferred, but experience with comparable HR systems considered.

    · Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.

    · Professional HR certification such as CIPD or equivalent is highly desirable
