Director Construction – Precast | Lead 2M+ Sq Ft Landmark Projects | MEP | High-Rise & Township Projects | Hospitality | PMC

We are hiring a Project Director to lead large-scale precast construction projects (~2M+ sq ft) across commercial, high-rise residential, and township developments. This role will own end-to-end project delivery, client relationships, financial performance, and team leadership.

Key Requirement:

Must have hands-on precast experience with at least 2 years on one major project and exposure to large, complex builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution for large commercial/township/high-rise developments.
• Build and mentor high-performance site and engineering teams.
• Establish and drive master project schedules, budgets, and delivery milestones.
• Manage client, consultant, architect, contractor, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee cost control, financial reporting, and value engineering.
• Drive QA/QC, safety, and compliance across project lifecycle.
• Support contract negotiations, risk management, and pricing decisions.
• Ensure timely billing, collections, and project reviews with leadership.
• Implement construction technologies and process improvements.
• Liaise with government authorities and ensure statutory compliance.

Ideal Profile

• 20–25 years in construction with strong on-site execution leadership.
• Proven track record on large precast/high-rise projects (residential & commercial).
• Experience managing 2M+ sq ft developments.
• Strong skills in project planning (MS Project), budgeting, and stakeholder management.
• Mature leader with excellent team management and communication skills.
